4 RULES OF WEARING THE RIGHT YOGA PANTS AND ACTIVEWEAR

Yoga Pants have become a trend in recent years. Due to this trend yoga pants are drawing more attention than any other activewear. Due to the great extent of marketing whether offline or online, in the shape of blogs and celebrities marketing activewear and yoga accessories, women clothing is getting attention and has become a substantial part of our daily life. This is a reason enough to look whether the pair given much importance carries comfort or becomes trouble for you. But let's be honest with yourself and follow some rules before wearing Yoga activewear. Let us have a look at these rules.

Rule #1 – See Through or Normal 

When you wear and go out you should consider whether your activewear is see-through or not.  Make sure nobody can see your undergarments because it simply looks bad and sometimes embarrassing as well and becoming the center of unwanted eyes. If you decide to wear white yoga pants, make sure your underwear is a different color. Same goes for holes if there are holes in your activewear then take well care if these are not near your crotch area. 

Rule #2 – Suitable

Your yoga pants shouldn't be too tight. If you are wearing tight yoga pants then you will get muffin tops. Your yoga pants should have the broader waistbands to avoid muffin tops.

Rule #3 – Proper Fibres  

Some manufacturers purely use polyester and some of them purely use cotton. Try to purchase the ones which are fashionable as well as breathable. When you purchase ones they should be made of some mixture of different fibers. The fibers having the quality of wicking the sweat and also drying out quickly should be used.

Rule # 4 – Stretchable 

Common people practicing yoga should avoid tight activewear. With the advent of new brands, stretchable clothing is coming but men doing yoga should avoid too tight yoga pants.
However flexible activewear makes it easy for doing multiple yoga exercises.

Your activewear is a part of your personality so choose and wear them wisely.
